The Installation Process Step by Step
First, we survey your home to determine the best location for the indoor head and outdoor condenser. We measure line set length and confirm electrical accessibility. On install day, we mount the indoor unit on an interior wall, drill a small hole (typically 3 inches) for the refrigerant and drain lines, and install the outdoor condenser on a pad or wall bracket. We then connect the line set, pull a vacuum to remove moisture, charge the refrigerant, and test the system for proper cooling and heating. Finally, we seal the wall pass-through, clean up debris, and make a run to Home Depot for touch-up paint if needed.
