Sizing and Placement for Your Garage or Workshop
The right mini split size depends on your space. A single-zone 12,000 BTU unit is usually enough for a standard two-car garage (around 400-500 sq ft). If your workshop is larger or has high ceilings, we’ll help you choose a 18,000 or 24,000 BTU unit. We don’t oversell, bigger isn’t always better, and an undersized unit won’t keep up.
