Most local HVAC contractors charge $3,000 to $6,000 per zone on a custom quote and require a salesman to come to your house first. We skip that. We also include a trip to Home Depot for paint to match the wall where we cut the hole. There are no trip fees, no hidden fees, no markup for weekend or after-hours work. The only potential additions are a very long line set (beyond 50 feet), a panel upgrade that your house needed anyway, or an unusually difficult mount (like brick or stone requiring special anchors). We will tell you about those before you commit. We do not offer repair, warranty service, or maintenance contracts. If your existing system breaks down, we can give you general troubleshooting advice, but a failing or poorly installed system is often a good reason to get a flat-price new install quote instead of chasing repairs on an old unit.

Does the price include the electrical work?
Yes. Standard electrical run from the panel to the outdoor unit is included. If your panel needs an upgrade to handle the new load, that is a separate cost, but we tell you before you agree.
What if my home needs a long line set?
Our flat price covers a standard line set up to 50 feet. If the distance between indoor and outdoor units is longer, we will quote a small additional fee upfront. No surprises.
Can you install a mini split in a rental or apartment?
We install in single-family homes, attached homes, and some multifamily if the owner approves. For rentals, you need the property owner's permission. We do not install in apartments with shared walls without proper approval.
What if my existing unit breaks down? Can you fix it?
We do not offer repair services. If your system fails, check the circuit breaker and thermostat settings first. If it is old or poorly installed, consider getting a flat-price quote for a new LG system. Replacing a failing unit is often more cost-effective than repairing an aging one, especially with our flat prices.
