The $2,000 single-zone install includes the indoor wall unit, outdoor condenser, line set up to 25 feet, standard electrical tie-in, refrigerant, and a final pressure test. We haul away the packaging and touch up any drywall scuffs with matching paint from Home Depot.
That price assumes the carport’s existing electrical panel can handle the load. If the house already needs a panel upgrade, that work is arranged separately with a licensed electrician and billed at cost.
Why Mini Splits Beat Window Units in a Converted Carport
Window units rattle, leak, and block half the window. A ductless mini split mounts high on the wall, runs quietly, and cools the room evenly without turning it into a wind tunnel.

The flat price assumes the carport’s roof is sound and the new walls are framed and insulated before we arrive. If the line set needs to run more than 25 feet or the outdoor unit must mount on a second-story wall, the job becomes a custom quote.
These prices are for new installs only. If you already have a mini split and need service or repairs, that is a separate call and not covered by the flat rate.
