How the Process Works for a Flipper

If the house needs a panel upgrade that was already planned, that is separate work handled by a licensed electrician. We do not do electrical panel work beyond what is included in the standard electrical scope. The mini split itself is a self-contained system. It does not require duct demolition, insulation, or roofing. Those trades are arranged separately by you.
