No proprietary hubs or monthly subscriptions. The hardware is part of the flat price, and the app is free for life. If your internet goes down, the mini split keeps running on its last settings until service returns.
What You Can Do Without Getting Off the Couch
Check the current room temperature, change it by a degree, or turn the unit off entirely from your phone. Set a weekly schedule so the house is cool when you get home but not running all day while you’re at work. Some apps even show energy usage, so you can see how much power you’re saving compared to window units.
If you have multiple zones, control them all from one screen. No more walking from room to room to adjust individual thermostats. The app handles it, and the flat price covers the setup for every zone in the install.
What’s Not Included – And Why It Doesn’t Matter
We don’t install smart home hubs like Alexa or Google Home, but the mini split’s app works with them if you already have one. Voice control is convenient, but it’s not part of the flat price because it’s optional. The core WiFi and app features are included, no extras needed.
If your home needs a new electrical panel or a longer line set than the standard 25 feet, that’s an honest exception. Those costs are rare and always disclosed up front. The flat price covers everything else, including the WiFi setup and app configuration.

Do I need a special router or internet plan for WiFi control?
