Managing multiple properties means multiple headaches. Coordinating HVAC installs across a dozen units usually means a dozen custom quotes, a dozen site visits, and a dozen invoices with surprise fees. That system works against speed and budget.

Standardize Your Projects Across Properties
Every property has the same climate and similar wall construction. There is no reason to start from scratch on each install. With a flat price, you budget once and apply that number to any unit in Killeen, Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Waco, Salado, Jarrell or the surrounding towns.
The flat price covers new mini split installs only. Mini splits are heat pumps. They cool through brutal Central Texas summers and handle mild winters without a furnace. That means one system for all seasons, no separate heating contract to manage.
What Is Included and What Is Not
The flat price includes everything needed for a standard install. Equipment, labor, line set, electrical, refrigerant, startup testing, cleanup, and that paint run. Licensed contractors handle the installation. No trip fees, no surprise add-ons.
A few honest exceptions apply and we state them up front. A very long line set, a panel upgrade the house already needed, or unusually difficult mounting may add cost. We do not perform electrical panel work beyond what is included. If a unit needs a panel upgrade, a licensed electrician handles that separately. Same for insulation, duct demolition, solar, generators, dehumidifiers, plumbing or roofing. Those are arranged by the property owner or manager.

Other contractors in Central Texas commonly charge $3,000 to $6,000 per zone on a custom quote. Most require an in-home visit before they will give you a number. That slows down every project.

Is the $2,000 flat price for one zone for repairs or service calls?
No. The flat prices are for new mini split installs only. Repairs and service calls are not covered under this pricing. If you need service, we can discuss that separately.
Can I use this price for a property outside the I-35 north corridor towns?
The flat price applies to new installs in Killeen, Temple, Belton, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Waco, Salado, Jarrell and nearby towns along the I-35 north corridor. For a property outside that area, please submit the quote form at /#quote and we will confirm eligibility.
What if a unit already has a mini split and I need a replacement?
Replacement of an existing mini split is treated as a new install and qualifies for the flat price, provided the mounting location and electrical setup meet standard conditions. The price covers removal of the old unit as part of the install.
Do you handle rebates or tax credits for these installations?
We do not administer rebates or tax credits. Verify current numbers with your utility provider, a licensed electrician, or the IRS. The mini splits themselves are heat pumps and may qualify for incentives, but you should confirm eligibility directly.
