Licensed contractors perform the install. The flat price includes equipment, labor, line set, standard electrical, refrigerant, testing, cleanup, and even a Home Depot run for touch-up paint, with no trip fees or upcharges. Honest exceptions, stated up front: a very long line set, a panel upgrade the space already needed, or unusually difficult mounting. Extra panel work is a licensed electrician's job you arrange separately.
One chair, a wash room, or a small shop
Most single-chair suites need one indoor head at the $2,000 one-zone price. A closed wash room plus a treatment room is often two zones at $3,700. Three zones at $5,400 cover a handful of small rooms in one personal-service shop.

Can Old West Minisplits repair the wall unit already in my suite?

Does a mini split clear chemical odor from color or acrylics?
It conditions the air in your suite. It is not a dedicated exhaust or makeup-air system. If fumes need to be vented, that is a separate trade you arrange. We do not do plumbing, insulation, duct demolition, or roofing.
Will my landlord have to approve the outdoor unit?
